WORKING GROUP REPORTS AND USEFUL INDUSTRY DOCUMENTS

HIPA has managed 7 Working Groups to address issues important to the honey industry. The output of each working group is a detailed report.

WORKING GROUP REPORTS

Analytical Methodology This report describes what steps can be taken to achieve a quid pro quo between the ever increasing ability of analytical methods to detect traces of illegal substances and the ability of legislators to achieve the appropriate balance between consumer protection and the support of legitimate industry.
